Tradable vs. event calls

A call's type decides whether it can carry money. The rule follows from one principle: backing only exists where a real market can price the outcome — that's what keeps Caliber from ever having to invent a payout out of thin air.

Event calls still count fully toward Brier and Caliber Score — they just don't route money. Peer-matched event backing is deferred on purpose, pending legal review.
